1.       No personal information is gathered by LiveAnalysis
LiveAnalysis is not able to, and hence does not collect your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number to measure Internet marketing initiatives. LiveAnalysis does use generic information about your computer browser (e.g. “Microsoft Internet Explorer” or “Netscape”) and web surfing.

2.       You can regulate the technologies used to collect information
If you would like to elect to OPT OUT of receiving our cookie, you have several options with respect to making such a change regarding cookies:

(A) You can modify your browser preferences and set them such that:

o        You have the choice to accept all cookies,

o        You have the choice to be notified when a cookie is set, or

o        You can reject all cookies

(C) To OPT OUT of receiving our cookies, you can simply follow the instructions below.
LiveAnalysis offers consumers the opportunity to select a persistent "blank" or "OPTOUT cookie" to prevent information from being uniquely associated with your computer browser. That is, you can OPTOUT of LiveAnalysis’ anonymous measurement cookies, without erasing or altering other cookies associated with your browser. If you do not want a unique cookie from LiveAnalysis, please follow the procedure below.

What happens if I choose to OPTOUT?
The system will assign you the following cookie:
OPTOUT=Y
instead of a cookie that contains a unique string of numbers

By receiving this OPTOUT cookie, LiveAnalysis’ system will know that you have opted out and will not to attempt to assign other cookies in the future. Since the LiveAnalysis OPTOUT cookie does not contain a unique browser number, it does not allow us to identify your browser uniquely.

PLEASE NOTE that if you erase or otherwise alter your browser's cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers) you may need to perform this process again.
