 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The account management system allows clients to manage their Site Measurement data. To access the system clients can sign on at clients.liveanalysis.com using their login and password. Clients have the ability to register their site, obtain the Site Measurement code, add sites and groups, administer user access and passwords, update their company and billing details and view statistics. You must be logged in to perform the following functions.
>> Go to the Account Manager
Getting Started
Click on "Getting Started" to follow a 3 step tutorial on how to set up your account and register a site. Within this section, you will be prompted to enter contact and billing details, add the sites you wish to track, and obtain the Site Measurement code.

Get The Code
Click on Step 3 of the Getting Started tutorial and follow the instructions to obtain the Site Measurement code. Simply cut and paste the script on to the pages you wish to monitor. The code should be placed directly above the closing tag of each page. From this page, you can also download a server side include or Installation Wizard to assist you in the implementation process.

View Stats
First click on the registered site you wish to analyze from the left hand side of the screen. Next, click on "View Stats" to view your site reports.

Manage Your Account
On the top right hand side of the screen, you will see a menu of options that will enable you to update and maintain your account.

Company Details:
Click on "Account Info" to modify your company and contact information, or user login and password. To change the login/password, you must delete the present login/password and enter a new one. Note: Your login must be an email address and passwords must be at least six characters and contain two numbers and two letters.

Billing Details:
All billing information can be updated by clicking on "Billing". Changes will be automatically updated.

User Management
The account administrator has the ability to assign new user access and passwords. First click on "Users" from the menu. Next enter all of the user's information (name, email, password) and select the sites/groups that they can access.

Site & Group Setup
It is now easier than ever to add and edit sites, groups, sub-directories and pages.

Add Sites:
To add a site to your account, click on the "Sites" from the drop down box on the left side of the screen. Next, enter the site's URL and name. If you want to filter out internal impressions, then you must supply the IP address and Internal Subnet Mask in the appropriate fields.

Edit Sites:
Click on "Edit Sites" to modify a site. Click on the edit tab next to the site you wish to modify. You can edit the site name, but you will not be able to change the Web site address. The advanced options allow you to add a second URL. This is for sites that have more than one domain or a URL that serves as a redirect to the primary domain. Just as with your original registration, you can filter out internal impressions by designating your IP Address and Internal Subnet Mask.

Add Groups:
Click on "Groups" from the drop down box on the left side of the screen to aggregate registered sites into groups. Next, enter the name of your group, then select the content of your group by clicking the boxes next to the sites or groups you want to add.

Editing Groups:
Click on any registered group from the left side of the screen. Then click the boxes next to sites/groups/sub-directories/pages that you want to add or edit.

Add Pages
Click on "Pages" from drop down box on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Add Pages" icon next to the site you wish to add pages. Enter the page name and Save.

Add Sub-Directories
A Sub-directory is a folder within a site that contains pages specific to that directory. This allows you to measure all the pages that reside in that sub-directory. You can in turn register those pages individually. To add a sub-directory, click on "Sub-Directories" from the drop down box on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Add Sub-Directories" icon next to the site you wish to add sub-directories. Enter the sub-directory name and Save.
